Our expert Repair Heroes are on hand to replace most zip sliders be they on jackets, tents or rucksacks. If we can source it, we can replace the zip slider on any brand. Sometimes we use sliders from recycled jackets.

"You can tell that you need a new zip slider if the teeth and zip ends look in good condition but the zip isn't zipping together as it should. If there's any damage to the zip teeth, fabric or retainer it's more likely that you'll need a Full Zip Replacement.

It helps us repair your kit more quickly if you can let us know specifics about what kind of zip slider you're after. For example, do you want a close match, a fun new colour or have any special requests? Just pop a note in with your order."

1. Order your repair service online.
2. Make sure your kit is clean and package your repair.
3. Package your item.
4. Include your order number and contact details in the package. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email.
5. Include any notes or sketches to help us understand what work you want done.
6. Send your package to our team in the Betws-y-Coed Store
