The new Byway tire from WTB with SG2 puncture protection.
It brings you smooth traction and perfect rolling behavior, no matter what surface you are currently on. The smooth center line and the diamond-shaped side profile in conjunction with the grippy side lugs make it possible in combination with the size. This tire offers low rolling resistance on paved roads as well as amazing grip and comfort off paved roads. Ride the tire on your bikepacking or gravel bike and open up new paths. With the Byway, WTB has created a tire with which you will experience driving pleasure in a new way.
TCS tires
TCS tires use the advantages of a UST tire and combine them with the low weight of a non - UST tire. A light carcass which is sealed with tire sealant keeps the rotating mass pleasantly low and prevents breakdowns and the UST-compliant bead ensures a secure fit on the rim.
TCS Light carcass
A supple, tubeless compatible and light carcass which can be driven tubeless with the help of the WTB TCS Fluid tire sealant. Use with a tube is of course also possible.
Dual DNA Rubber Compound
Dual DNA is the perfect blend of efficiency, traction and durability. The center line is a slightly harder rubber compound for fast rolling and high mileage, while a softer compound is used on the side to ensure the necessary grip in curves.
SG2
These tires feature the brand new SG2 Puncture Protection, a lightweight nylon insert that provides bead-to-bead coverage, ensuring that every area of the tire is protected from cuts and punctures.
