We offer wildflower honey from open spaces around the world. We have found it makes a terrific, complex, base-mead. We have found this to be a great basic honey for brewing , so much so that we use it in our ingredient kits that feature honey.

Please note: Honey that gets cold often becomes crystalized but this has no detrimental effect on the overall quality. It can still be used in its crystalized form or returned to liquid by gently heating it back up in a warm water bath.
