Vintage EffanBee possibly a "Chipper Doll" from around the 60's. Open and close eyes, and movable arms and legs. Not sure if dress is original with this doll or not. No shoes or stockings, and no Hat and no undies. Hair is NOT styled as it should be but has been cleaned and combed. Dress has an overlay of embordered flowers. One flower is coming out; but should be able to be fixed. SEE PICS, also has a lace color and lace sleeves. Snapped closures for the back.
