This is in poor condition. Her rubber face feels gummy, her nail polish is faded, makeup is flawed, there are some discoloration marks on one side of her face, there is a slice in the right middle finger. Her hair is very dirty, matted, stringy, and has some debris in it. Her ponytail is gone so you can see the bald scalp. The back left side of her neck is cut at the hairline. I can't get it to show in a pic but it goes from behind the ear to the middle of her neck in the area shown in the last pic.
