My mother bought this new, and I inherited it.
It has been carefully stored on a bookshelf for many years.

I would be happy to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.

There is aging, creasing, yellowing, tearing, and damage.
There are also notes written by my mother.
The paper condition also has a strong vintage feel and is fragile.

I have kept it carefully, but the paper has deteriorated.
