From the early 1970’s, this vintage leather Learsi Jacket is a true find! Jacket is a deep wine color with matching lining. Remarkably preserved in a cedar chest for almost 50 years. I received this special jacket from the man who purchased it for his wife in the early 70’s. If you do some research on the brand Learsi, you will find they made the leather jackets the stars of Starsky & Hutch wore in the TV series.
Some fading to the interior lining and a few very minute, frayed spots on the jacket. Neither are very noticeable and do not distract from this jacket’s specialness.
The tag on the interior shows a size 14; however, I would say it is much closer to today’s size 8. Measurements and flaws are included in the pictures.
This jacket is a testament to quality and craftsmanship and will last another 50 years!
