Vesper - Blue/Orange

Vesper is an 11.8mm tree climbing line with an all polyester construction providing a low elongation rope with good friction and heat resistance.

Benefits:

*Our splicing shop considers this rope NON SPLICABLE by the traditional hand splice methods for a Class I double braid splice. This rope has a 12 strand braided core which is much different from other spliceable arborist 24 strand ropes. Virtually every other 24 strand arborist climb line has a core conducive to splicing, for example, a core with 8 strands and 4 carriers each or 12 strands with 2 carriers each or something like that. Those core designs allow for the cover to be routed back into the core and allows the traditional Class I splice. This Vesper rope doesn’t allow that… so for that reason we will only do a stitch splice on this product. BE WARNED, if you are a person who splices your own rope you will have extreme difficulty if you attempt to do this rope!!
