I wore these a lot inside the house and you can tell by the outer sole that I didn't wear these much. I live in Texas so we don't get much cold weather.
These are very warm, sherpa lined inside
Never exposed to rain or snow
The inside footbeds do show some wear as you can see from my pics
UGG also offers new inside soles on their websites for purchase, if that bothers you
