JUNE (6:00-8:00pm)

You may sign up for one, two, three or all four CLINICS

• Monday June 1, 2026, RUN. Bring running gear and shoes for some technique and run drills
• Monday June 8, 2026, BIKE. Bring bike, helmet, biking shoes and lights for a short group ride and cycling techniques
• Monday June 22, 2026, SWIM. Bring swimsuit, swim goggles, swim cap, towel, optional wetsuit
• Monday June 29, 2026, TRANSITIONS & PRACTICE. Includes swim, bike, run, nutrition, the important overview of transitions and practice of each session.

Join the Gear West crew, led by long time triathletes Mary Deeg and Jeff Gilmer, for Triathlon Clinics held at Gear West in Long Lake, MN. These Gear West Triathlon Clinics are a fantastic way to introduce and improve your skills for a TRIATHLON. The clinics are extremely in-depth and are geared towards beginners, intermediates or those wanting to tune up rusty skills.

Experienced triathletes will share their skills in each area of triathlon from swimming, biking, running to transitions. Get knowledgeable insights on equipment, training, race day tips and the opportunity to improve your athletic capabilities to higher levels.

This Triathlon program includes classroom instruction followed by hands-on guidance training doing the open water swim, bike, run, and transitions. Practice of all sessions will happen at the final clinic.

Sign up for any of the individual clinics, a collection of 2-3 that you want to focus on or the full 4-session Tri Clinic package.
