Hi Besties,Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Melissa Pezzullo-Nobles, and I am a 53 year old Italian girlie from Upper Michigan. As the founder of The Six Step Method, I believe that you can achieve your health goals by applying six sustainable steps to your daily life.This lifestyle is not just about achieving a specific body shape or size, but overall well-being and healing from the damage diet culture as well as the inequity’s of your past. I believe that whether you are on medication, are recoverying from surgery or like me you choose to do it naturally. A healthy relationship with food is not only OBTAINABLE, your lifestyle change will be SUSTAINABLE.A little bit about me and my background.With having over 12 years of Addictions counseling, The Six Step Method was born on 01.25.2023, when I walked in my doctors office at 353 lbs. After sharing with him, that I was walking 3.8 miles a day and on a 1200 calorie a day diet, he said, “You are the biggest starving women I have ever met” He was right, I had bought into diet culture... Now jump forward one and half years, I am now down 97lbs and over 100 inches. and living my best life.I do not believe in counting calories and I do not count carbs.
