This is a case for the Nintendo DS featuring characters from the visual novel/eroge Tayutama.
Some of the print has scratched off (see last two pictures) and it has a sticky consistency. Apparently this is common for this item. I know someone who put clear nail varnish over it to seal the print, so if you want to take it out, you can attempt that. Otherwise, it's a super cute item for display.
Very rare and hard to find overseas!
