The item for sale is the second largest size, the 22cm model.

H: Approximately 22cm W: 13.2cm D: 22.5cm

This elephant was made by Steiff between 1952 and 1968.
It is an "Elephant (gray color)". The ID includes a fragment of the yellow tag and the silver button, which was used until 1968. The red felt backings with bells on both sides also appear to be original.

The eyes are made of porcelain, the hard tusks, the tip of the nose, the mouth, and the soles of the feet are made of colorful felt.
The body is mohair, no joints, and the stuffing is wood wool.

It is an old item, over half a century old, so it has an aged appearance, but otherwise, there seems to be no noticeable damage.
However, please forgive any oversight or misdescription.
