MAKE HOT COCOA CONES:
Fill the bags with 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix. Use a long funnel to help get the cocoa mix in the bottom of the bag and keep the static cling to a minimum. Next you can add a layer of m&m's, jimmies or other candies then top with 3/4 cup mini marshmallows! You can also just add marshmallow with fun holiday sprinkles mixed in for a little pop of color as shown in the photo!
