This is an S.H.Figuarts Jujutsu Kaisen Yuta Okkotsu figure.
It has been modified, with the ball joint in the chest replaced with a commercially available one to increase the range of motion. See image 4 for the original and image 5 for the modified version.

I'm also including a prize figure's sword because I felt the original sword was too small.
