R.A.W. Relationships Are Work

I have been inspired to write this book to start the process of healing individuals, couples, and families. This book is meant to guide you as an individual on your life’s journey into healthy relationships that will enable you to discover your flaws, areas of growth, how trauma has impacted you and how you relate to others. Hopefully it will begin to help you become a better relational partners in all aspects of your life.My desire is to help you begin to find the answers you to need to grow and relate in a healthier manner. By the end of this process, my goal is for you to learn how to recognize and remove your toxic relating behaviors and patterns and begin to replace them with positives ones that will lead you to have more healthier and happier relationships in all aspects of your life. Having this perspective will hopefully reduce any additional relational trauma, help you build healthier social emotional friendships, decrease your relational stress, increase your relational satisfaction, and, most important, prepare you for living your best life possible with yourself and others.Please take the next couples weeks, not missing a single daily reading and completing the end of chapter tasks to begin grow. Your relationships are worth you taking the time to invest in yourself.
