Vintage Pyrex Green Verde Casserole, or Avocado Green. Dish #045, 2 1/2qt with Clear Lid.
Dish in good condition, a few flea bites on one section, see photo with light.
Lid is functional, however it has a small chip out of the rim, as well as an internal crack, please see last 4 photos, they are all different angles of the same chip/crack.
