Size 8..genuine purple sapphire! It is a beautiful, pale purple/blue color. The light makes it look more purple. Sapphires always seem to change colors because they pick up so much light. It is approximately 1.5ct, most likely heated. The smaller stones are cubic zirconia. I replaced the center stone with the sapphire. In .925 silver with rhodium coating. I have a matching band for this if you want to make it a set.
