  • Recommed oenologist analysis 
  • 1g per liter will reduce acidity by 0.1%
  • Potassium Bicarbonate ph 8.0 - 8.6
  • Technical data sheet available here

Dosage:  1050 =1150 ppm decreased acidity by about 1 g/L (1000ppm) expressed as tartaric acid.  The dose to be used should be defined after Oenologist analysis

General pH range of wine:

  • White wine:  3.0 to 3.4
  • Red wine: 3.3 - 3.6
