Scupper holes are great for drainage, but on cooler Canadian paddling days or in choppy water, being able to seal them off makes a real difference in comfort.

These tapered scupper plugs press into the hull from above and seal the scupper holes to keep water from wicking up through the deck while you're paddling. The tapered design fits a range of hole sizes from 1 to 1 3/8 inches in diameter, making them compatible with Perception kayaks as well as Wilderness Systems, Dagger, and a variety of other sit-on-top brands. Finger tab extensions make pulling them out for drainage quick and easy, and pre-drilled holes in the tabs let you tether the plugs to the kayak so they don't get lost when you pop them out mid-paddle.
