Perception Kayaks Solo Rudder Kit

The Perception Solo Rudder Kit comes in two versions, Short Pin and Long Pin, and the difference matters. The Short Pin kit is designed for Perception kayaks with threaded inserts on the stern for attaching a rudder mounting block. The Long Pin kit is designed for models with a moulded rudder post hole in the stern. The two versions are not interchangeable, so confirming which stern configuration your kayak has before ordering is essential.
