Bought new. Used-worked with my Medela. Last picture will show you which pumps it is compatible with. Does not come with the extra tubing. I want to mention that even though picture shows extra tubing being used for Medela i was able to use without it- if your hosing is long enough you shouldnt need the extra (for medela anyways). All physical items you see in my pictures will come with purchase. I did boil the proper parts (see directions) after purchasing new, please note some you can not boil. I have washed in Dawn dish soap and hot water. Never dishwashed. I will break down box and lightly bubble wrap to make shipping in a box more economical. Worked fine for me with sports bras. Also replacement valves were easy to find on amazon, including tubing if you desire or need it (periodically you should replace the valves to ensure optimal pumping). Sets of 25 and 28mm breast funnels also included.
