Algae and blanket weed need a combination of sunlight, carbon dioxide and nutrients to grow. Nishikoi ClearWaters contains microbes that feed on the nutrients, starving the algae and preventing them from thriving in your pond!

How to Use ClearWaters Blanket Weed Solution

Using the supplied 25ml scoop, add one measure per 500 litres of pond water to a bucket watering can containing pond water and mix.

Distribute evenly over the pond surface, avoiding direct contact with the leaves of lilies and other desirable pond plants. Repeat this procedure in 14 days.

Decomposing blanket weed should be removed from the pond with a fine net. The natural bacteria in ClearWaters will continue to decompose any small amounts that remain.

Day 28 onwards: add 1 x 25ml for every 2000 litres of pond water and repeat this dose every two weeks thereafter. This will keep your pond looking better than ever before!
