This is the first release authentic version of this figure. Unopened, basically new.
Usually this figure has many bootlegs out there but here is how you can tell for the first release (there was a reissue but it has indications that people usually spot for bootlegs so they tend to not be as consistent)
-The pegs on the arms are flesh colored
-There are no kunai included (first release buyers had to write in for NECA to mail them)
-The nails are painted but not fully gray colored
