These bitters were inspired by Bay Rum aftershave, which is made by infusing Jamaican rum with West Indies Bay Leaves (a member of the allspice family). The Bay Leaves were grown from Louis Anderman's own trees. Intensely aromatic with a Jamaican rum backbone, try these bitters in your favorite drinks or sub for pimento dram.
