Description: The Mesothorax Hog is a wrasse that originates from Australia and the Indo-Pacific. This Hog is black towards the head and yellow moving towards the caudal fin. They also have a striking red eye. Mesothorax Hogs need a variety of meaty foods and plenty of space to swim. They would do great in a larger semi-aggressive fish only aquarium. Be cautious when mixing with other wrasses.
