Maracyn

Mardel Maracyn is used to provide treated of bacterial infections in freshwater and saltwater aquariums. The main ingredient for Maracyn is Erythromycin. This makes it a great replacement for API Erythromycin. 

Reason to Use: 

• Treatment of gram-positive bacteria:
• Clamped fins, Swollen eyes, Heavy or Rapid Breathing
• Body Fungus
• Gill disease
• Popeye
• Safe for invertebrates

Dosage:

• Each packet treats 10 gallons 
• Treat daily for 5 days

Maracyn is not the same as Maracyn 2. Both treat different types of bacteria (gram-positive and gram negative). They can be used together at the same time. It is recommend to dose live bacteria after each 5 day treatment (FritzZyme Turbo Start or FritzZyme 7).
