Mannol medium Threadlocker Fix-Gewinde Fix-Gewinde is an anaerobically curable liquid adhesive, that hardens by the conclusion of atmospheric oxygen and metal contact (iron and copper ions). The result is a secure screw connection, prevented from rotating movements and leakage caused by shock and vibration. Used for connections that must be disassembled easily with normal hand tools. For maximum thread size: up to M36. Service temperature range: -55°C - +150°C; Breakaway torque M10 bolts: 20Nm. Description in German language: Fix-Gewinde ist in anaerob härtender Flüssigklebstoff, der durchden Abschluss von Luftsauerstoff und Metallkontakt (Eisen- und Kupferionen) aushärtet. Es entsteht eine gesicherte Schraubenverbindung, die selbständiges Losdrehen und Undichtheiten durch Stöße und Vibrationen verhindert. Wird für Verbindungen eingesetzt, die mit normalem Handwerkzeug leicht demontierbar sein müssen. Für die Montage von Schraubenverbindung bis Gewindedurchmesser M36 geeignet. Fixiert nach ca. 10-20 Minuten, härtet aus nach ca.1-3 Stunden.
