Malone FoldAway-5™ Multi-Rack Folding 1 or 2 Kayak Carrier

A carrier system that handles a single kayak, two stacked kayaks, a canoe, a large sit-on-top, or a standup paddleboard without swapping hardware is a genuinely versatile tool for paddlers who own more than one type of boat.

The Malone FoldAway-5 is a multi-configuration folding carrier built around a pair of quick-release fold-down frames with removable two-boat extension modules. In J-style mode it carries a single recreational or touring kayak on its side. With the extension modules installed it stacks two kayaks vertically, accommodates a wide canoe or large sit-on-top, or supports a SUP using the included foam insert pads for hull protection. The fold-down frames collapse to 3.5" tall for low-clearance parking and storage when the boats come off.

Corrosion-resistant coated steel construction with oversized padding and heavy-duty moulded parts is built for years of regular use across Canadian paddling seasons. Universal mounting adapters fit round, square, and oval load bars from most factory and aftermarket rack systems, and two bolt lengths cover the range of bar profiles. Four 11' cam buckle load straps and four sets of bow and stern safety lines are included for a complete two-boat rooftop transport setup.
