The barstool includes a comfortable slip seat constructed with a hardwood frame and layered with natural horsehair, cotton, and Dacron® for firm, lasting support. Whether you choose the 24-inch height for kitchen counters or the 30-inch height for bars, Lydia's Barstool brings a sophisticated, handmade touch to any dining space.
The construction utilizes pinned mortise and tenon joinery with hand-carved details and is available in American Black Cherry or American Black Walnut. Customers can choose between the 24" Counter Height, which suits 36" counters, or the 30" Bar Height for 42" bars. For the upholstery, the traditional slip seat requires 3/4 yard of fabric to cover two stools.
