Take in sweet, fruity aromatic flavors with our NEW Lychee Super-Strength Flavor. Lychee is a slightly acidic stone fruit native to Southern China. The balance of sweet and tart along with floral undertones (often described as a hint of rose) makes Lychee especially appealing in hard candy, gummies and fruity or tropical desserts or beverages.

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquefied coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).

Kosher certified • Gluten-free • Water Soluble

TIP: Customers often ask if the aroma and taste of our Super Strength Flavorings are accurate when experienced straight from the bottle. The answer is no! These are highly concentrated formulas that are meant to be used in dilution. The concentrated form is typically not a reflection of how the flavor will come through in a finished product. We always encourage starting with a smaller size to make sure a particular flavor is right for you.

What Can I Use Flavors For?
Cakes, cupcakes, candy, fondants, frosting, and more! These intense and exceptionally versatile flavors are appropriate for just about anything!

A little goes a long way!
LorAnn's super strength flavors (also known
as candy oils or flavoring oils) are three to four times the strength of water
or alcohol-based flavorings or extracts.

Use Flavor Candy Oil In: Hard candy, general candy
making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking
and confectionery applications.

Note: When substituting these
flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
