The Canti Lightning Bolt is a lightweight road/ randonneuring focused bike. It's tig welded, heat treated chromoly construction is among the lightest in our lineup of frames. This frame is designed to flex and feel like you're actually floating millimeters above the road on top of Dynamic clouds. This planing sensation will leave you feeling like you're the star of the Brevet, leading everyone into a marshmallow and ice cream victory meal.

The Bolt's Fork features our new Gran Trajet Fork Crown meaning they suit a 48b tire perfectly, and will fit 42s with fenders. The Gran Trajet fork crown is designed to perfectly mimic the arch of a fender like the Honjo Smooth 62, to leave you with a seamless look. 

The Gran Trajet Crown also allows us to use Imperial Oval fork blades. The Imperial Oval blades are believed to provide the optimal passive suspension when it comes to fork blades. This leads to greater over all comfort and speed, making the bike they're attached to a true randonneuring weapon.

Build Notes (IMPORTANT):

The suggested rider weight has changed and is now: 100kg (220lbs)

The Lightning Bolt is designed around a 650b wheelset

The Galaxy Black has a different fork crown, which means it fits a 42b tire perfectly, but a 48 is too close a squeeze in the fork. If you want to run fenders we suggest 38s.

The Sea Green, Champagne, and Lilac frames feature our new Gran Trajet Fork Crown meaning they suit a 48b tire perfectly, and will fit 42s with fenders. 

This is a light weight road and light gravel bike, so don't go all Evel Knievel thinking you're Missy Giove bombing this thing down some single track. It's not designed for that.

For those of you looking to run a front derailleur the outer diameter of the seat tube is 28.6.

2023 and newer are ED Coated to help protect it from the elements and inhibit internal corrosion. This doesn't mean you're free to ride it into the ocean though.
