The Lib Tech Lib Rig, crafted in collaboration with pro rider Austen Sweetin, is engineered to be an all-terrain powerhouse that shines whether you’re charging steep groomers, carving through powder, or linking turns across the whole mountain.

Core Attributes & Construction

• Shape & Design: Built with a floaty, full-size but streamlined nose, a switch-capable tail, and deep carving sidecuts. Features a mild taper and carefully crafted waist width to avoid toe/heel drag.
• Camber Profile: Early rise directional camber—rockers up at the nose for easier float and turn initiation, coupled with camber underfoot for powerful carving and pop
• Flex & Feel: Medium flex (about 7/10), offering a balanced blend of responsiveness and playful control. Stable yet damp, with a surfy, smooth ride that adapts across varied terrain
• Build & Materials: Core is a hybrid of 75% Aspen and 25% Paulownia, reinforced with triaxial and biaxial fiberglass. Built with a solid power chassis and powered by a sintered knife-cut base for speed and resilience
• Sidewalls & Protection: Birch internal sidewalls, UHMW sintered sidewalls, plus UHMW tip/tail impact deflection ensure durability without sacrificing lightweight performance
• Edge Tech: Magne‑Traction® serrated edges for exceptional grip and control, especially on hardpack or variable snow
• Sustainability: Part of Lib Tech’s “Mervin Made” line—manufactured in Washington with zero hazardous waste and topped with eco-sublimated poly topsheet featuring Austen Sweetin’s custom artwork.
