The 4mm neoprene construction provides meaningful insulation for cold-water paddling and wading, and the thick vulcanized rubber sole with reinforced mid shank delivers the underfoot stiffness and grip you need on wet rocks, muddy banks, and uneven portage terrain. It's a noticeably more supportive sole than what you get from a standard neoprene boot, which matters on the kind of technical shoreline scrambling that comes with whitewater paddling and creek boating on Canadian rivers.

The higher cuff provides additional ankle coverage and protection, and the quick-lace fastening system with top adjustable ankle strap lets you get a secure, customised fit quickly even when your hands are cold and wet. Drainage holes allow water to escape freely rather than pooling inside the boot, keeping your feet more comfortable throughout the day.
