Messermeister's first Exclusive Collection of products is inspired by our passion for design and for the love of leather! We worked with a family-owned leather company in the Netherlands that sustainably hand makes products with ultra-soft, cow leather from Dutch tanneries. The vintage leather aprons and knife rolls have a smooth appearance with a buttery hand feel and a subtle luster. The combination of beautiful, timeless design and high quality leather will make these products last a lifetime. Over time, it will beautifully patina and change color through natural exposure to sunlight and other elements, adding character. The more you use them, the more worn and distinctive they become.

Our Black Vintage Leather Knife Roll stores 7 knives with blades up to 10” long. The pockets inside are all a different size, which makes it possible to collect various sizes of knives. It is a unique item for professional chefs but also for knife lovers.
