Listed for sale is a La Fonda end or coffee table, produced by Herman Miller and designed by Ray and Charles Eames. This series was designed for the La Fonda restaurant, designed by Alexander Girard in 1962. This series has remained an iconic Eames work. The table is constructed from chromed aluminum with a slate top. This example is in very nice original condition, the the chrome in much better shape than is typical. There are some small areas of wear, though the chrome is generally in good shape. The top is also in very nice condition. See photos. It retains an original black rectangular Herman Miller label, identifying its production as post-1971.
The price listed is for one table. Two tables are available. Please inquire if more detailed photos of the second table are desired. The table measures 17.5 in tall by 30.5 in top diameter.
