Knee Pad

Designed to bring ease to knee-bars and knee-scums in any style of climbing from boulders to trad climbing. It’s also a great addition for friction and protection on specific knee-locks and thigh-lock in wider cracks.

A note from the Wide Boyz: We have used this product on some of the world’s hardest crack climbs and boulders; directly inside wider cracks, and indirectly on knee-bars and knee-scums around the edge of the crack. It played a part in the ascents of Crown Royale and Stranger Than Fiction (2 of the hardest trad climbs world wide).

Comfort:

• Shaped neoprene, to fit around the back of the knee
  
• Wrap fitting system, for easy on and off (and also ‘easy off’ mid climb if needed)

Protection:

• 4mm thick rubber, to give a barrier against sharp rock

Performance:

• Sticky UNPARALLEL rubber, for marginal knee-scums
  
• 3 strap closure system, to keep tight
  
• Silicone backed neoprene, to grip the leg or clothing and prevent slipping
  
• Large rubber surface area, for marginal knee-bars which only gain contact on the bottom or top of The Kneepad
  
• Lightweight aluminium buckles
