How to Use the Hypervolt 3

Pre-Workout: Use speeds 1–2 for 30–60 seconds per muscle group to increase circulation and prime muscles for movement before training.

Post-Workout: Apply mid-to-high speeds for 2–3 minutes per area to reduce soreness and restore range of motion after activity.
