As twilight fell on Midsummer's Day, some of the animals noticed a rustling in the undergrowth, as soft as a firefly's twinkle. They all peered into the forest, wondering. Then they saw: it was a unicorn! She stepped out from a grove of hazel and elderberry, just as lovely as you please and surrounded by soft mist.
She said, Greetings, animals! I am Peaseblossom. I am most delighted to make your acquaintance.
Peaseblossom was a most magical limited-edition friend. She is made of soft ivory organic cotton fleece, with shimmering wool yarn for her mane and tail and shimmering linen for her horn.
