Sofia Johnson was the proud owner of a very popular coffee shop that specialized in coffee and cheesecakes in Queensland, Australia for a number of years. Cheesecake has been around since the thirteenth century, it is not a modern day dessert, for centuries people have enjoyed this wonderful dish.Sofia has made hundreds of cheesecakes, quite literally… hundreds. She has taught so many, people to make cheesecakes, (including her husband and son) that she has lost count, besides all the staff that worked in the café, (including males!)Anyone, absolutely anyone, can make a mouth-wateringly delicious cheesecake, no matter what culinary skills they have.
