Description: The Hispidus Puffer would make a great addition to larger fish-only, semi-aggressive tanks for both novice or experienced aquarists. This puffer is green-tan in color with white spots and stripes. Do not mix with other tetraodontidae puffer species. This fish will add so much personality to a tank. This fish is not reef safe as it will eat invertebrates. It is important to feed meaty foods and clams or mussels to manage teeth growth.
