The Heavy Hitter Big Sender 85MX Fork Conversion Kit is a precision-machined CNC 7075 aluminum bearing cup kit that allows you to run a complete KTM, Gas Gas, or Beta 85cc MX front end on your E Ride Pro. Designed for riders who have pushed their stock mountain bike-derived front end to its limits and need a real MX fork setup with proper adjustability, shorter service intervals, and the ability to run a wider variety of front wheels. Pre-pressed bearing races for simple installation.

Requires a complete KTM 85 MX front end (fork tubes, triple clamps, front braking system, front wheel, front axle, and MX handlebars) not included. Typically ranges from $799 to $2,599 depending on fork style. Air forks (2018+ models) are lighter but more expensive; dual cartridge spring forks are heavier but cheaper. From experience, air forks are the preferred choice. This is the known and tested compatibility.
