Morphe – a handcrafted hanging light with an organic silhouette that softens the line between lighting and art. Made from sustainable papier-mâché, this unique pendant ceiling light serves as a true statement light fixture, instantly drawing the eye and enriching the surroundings.

Unlike standard lamp shades for ceiling fixtures, Morphe’s artistic form diffuses light gently, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere while adding depth, character, and a handcrafted touch to your space. The lamp can be combined with other lamps from the Morphe collection: Morphe I, Morphe II, Morphe IV and Morphe giant.

Inspiration:

Term "morphe" , derived from Greek, means "shape". Visually, the Morphe lamp evokes zoomorphic and amorphous forms, resembling eggs, amoebas, or oblong stones shaped by sea waves. Smooth and oval surface accentuates irregular recesses, unique wrinkles in each of the lamps. 

Material:

The Morphe lamp is very lightweight and durable. It is handcrafted entirely from pulped newspapers, ecologic, water based glue and natural pigments. In conclusion all these components, as well as the process of lamp formation, are environmentally friendly and ecological. 

Lamp and cable colours:

This paper mache light shade is painted with natural pigments and has a Cotton White textile cable (1m). Moreover you should use only LED bulbs up to 20W hence the bulb is not included. This lamp requires a bulb with an E27 ending.
