For best results, place owl BEFORE fruit ripens and feeding habits develop. Position owl in a prominent spot so that birds can see it. Mount Owl on top of a tall pole and drive pole firmly into the ground or tie string through hang hole in top of Owl so that Owl moves freely in the wind. If mounted on pole, secure Owl with string or strong adhesive or fill with sand for more stability. For continuous effectiveness, move Owl around garden every few days so birds don’t get used to it.
