The Fuel Pod keeps everything dialled and within reach. Foam-lined and glove-friendly, its water-resistant YKK AquaGuard® zip and large pull tab make quick pit stops even easier. The wide opening offers access on rough tracks or in thick gloves — essential on winter rides or ultra-distance epics.

Tested from trail centre laps to global races
Made using X-Pac® X11 — a three-layer laminate with an organic cotton face and recycled polyester X-PLY™ backer — the Fuel Pod pairs low weight with exceptional durability. The hardwearing 500D Cordura® base resists abrasion and tears, while foam reinforcement helps protect gadgets, gels and that emergency coffee sachet.

Sewn in our own UK factory and covered by our 25-year Alpine Bond, the Fuel Pod is made to go the distance. From micro-adventures to month-long missions, it’s a vital part of any fast-and-light bikepacking setup.

Lower impact by design
X-Pac® X11’s organic cotton and recycled backer mean fewer fossil fuels, less virgin plastic, and better end-of-life impact. While the fabrics are waterproof, the seams are not sealed — so for valuables like electronics, we recommend using a dry bag inside.
