Here's a french camo jacket from 2016. I think the woodland pattern is called CCE but I am not certain about the desert pattern. It's very similar to the US 3-color desert camo.
This is a herringbone twill that feels like all cotton.
The jacket is in excellent condition- it may not have been worn.
The metric sizes are mentioned on the tag. The chest measures 21 inches across and the sleeves are 24 inches long. This is basically a size medium.
