RUNNING ECONOMY

Running Economy measures how efficiently you are running. Parameters for the calculation are speed[1]ness, heart rate and the proven Running Dynamics also the metric of speed loss (optional HRM 600 required). The lower the value, the more energy-efficient your running motion is.

SPEED LOSS ON GROUND CONTACT

The metric speed loss on ground contact measures the deceleration when the foot touches down. Good runners lose little speed and can quickly convert the movement back into a forward motion. The metric is only available in conjunction with an optional HRM 600

RUNNING TOLERANCE

Running Tolerance evaluates the biomechanical load that is placed on your body when running. Especially when running downhill, the musculoskeletal system, i.e. bones, joints, tendons and ligaments, is put under a lot of strain. Running Tolerance evaluates this strain and helps you to avoid overloading.

TRAINING READINESS

The training readiness combines your acute training load with other health data such as recovery, sleep or stress and individually classifies your readiness for the next training session

DYNAMIC ROUNDTRIP ROUTING

Set a target distance during training and let the smartwatch guide you back to the start in good time. If you leave the originally planned route, an automatic recalculation takes place, taking into account the target distance to the starting point.
