<p>The PD36 TAC is a major upgrade to Fenix's most popular PD36R tactical flashlight. The brightness has been nearly doubled to 3000-lumen max capable of over 299 yards of beam throw. The operation is easier than ever with a tactical tail switch that you can toggle among tactical, duty, and lock modes with a twist. Designed for high stake operations, the tactical mode operates only high and strobe. The duty mode cycles through 5 brightness levels and strobe function. In an emergency, just hold the tail switch down at any time for a blinding 3000-lumen strobe. The locked mode prevents accidental activation and is completely mechanical making it unsusceptible to any magnetic interference. The PD36 TAC comes with a 5000 mAH 21700 rechargeable battery with fast charging. There is no need for an external charger. The battery has a built-in Type-C USB charging port. Once removed from the light, it can be directly connected to and charged from any USB power source through the included cable. Atop the positive end of the battery is a LED indicator that goes from red to blue when the battery is fully charged. The lightweight body is cast from premium type III anodized aluminum and passes a 1.5-meter drop test from six angles. It is dustproof and IP68 rated waterproof. So take it anywhere with its steel clip and secure the light to backpacks, belts, and MOLLE systems for easy access. This tough tactical light can handle any environment.</p>
