You get involved for all the right reasons. You played Little League, high school, possibly college, and are typically a diehard fan of Major League Baseball. You get married, have a few kids, and from the moment you start playing catch with your son or daughter, the passion you have as a kid starts all over again. Whether it’s an ability to channel the days of your youth or the eagerness to want your child to play, learn, and compete…it begins.My wife and I raised our four sons in Fairfield, CT. We love Fairfield and everything it has to offer, including one of the best Little League organizations in the state. Looking back on my time with this incredible league, I never could have imagined the trajectory it was about to take.By the mid-2000’s, Fairfield American Little League was building something special. By 2010, a decade of Little League dominance began. I got myself involved as a coach, commissioner, field coordinator, board member, and president.
