A hook-backed, roll-top Faraday bag that will Velcro into any of the Fade bags. Faraday bags block RFID waves, Wifi, Bluetooth and Cellular signals when sealed properly. Ideal for traveling, the Blocker Pouch will protect information stored in your passport’s information chip (As of 2007, all US passports have chips), credit cards, key fobs and other devices that use RFID chips from hackers trying to steal your information as well as allow your phone to be completely “turned off” to go completely off grid. Faraday bags are also theorized to protect electronics from a EMP attack or solar flare.
The laser cut MOLLE velcro front of the pouch allows for you to MOLLE on any compatible pouch or sandwich it behind one of our other fade accessory pouches.
When using the pouch with a phone, its recommended that the user turn off the phone or set the phone to airplane mode to conserve battery life. Otherwise the phone will use extra power searching for signal.
